  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform.

    Order Cancellation

    Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.

    However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.

    The request will be processed once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the issue.

    Product Not as Described

    If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

    After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

    Manufacturer’s Warranty

    For products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

    Refunds

    Once your refund request is approved by kurovault , Our refund will be processed within 2–3 days. the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

  2. We offer refund or exchange within the first 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    (1) The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    (2) The item must have its original packaging.
    (3) Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

    Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered will be eligible for replacement or refund within 1–15 days of purchase.

    Certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified at the time of purchase.

    For accepted return/exchange requests, once your product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved after our quality check, your request (i.e., return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
