Order Cancellation Policy – KuroVault

At KuroVault, we work fast to process and ship your orders, so cancellations are only possible under the conditions below.
1. Cancellation Before Order is Shipped
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order ONLY if the order is not shipped yet.
To cancel, email us at kurovault2703@gmail.com with:
Order Number
Reason for cancellation
If approved, prepaid refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Order is Shipped
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still don’t want the product, you may refuse the delivery — however:
Shipping + Reverse logistics charges may be deducted from your refund (if applicable)
COD handling fees (if any) will not be refunded
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
If you repeatedly place COD orders and refuse delivery, KuroVault may block COD for your account.
4. Prepaid Payment Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
Refund time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway
5. Automatic Cancellation
Your order may be auto-cancelled if:
Payment fails or is flagged as suspicious
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Wrong or unreachable shipping address
In such cases, a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders).
6. Custom / Limited Edition Products
Certain products are non-cancellable, such as:
Limited edition items
Pre-orders
Custom-made / personalized items (if added in future)
