This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on kurovault.store.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or unexpected courier delays.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as:

Bluedart
Shiprocket
India Post (for remote PIN codes)
A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: โน49 โ โน99 (depending on product/order weight)
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above โน999 (if applicable)
COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an extra handling fee (โน40โโน60).
5. Prepaid & COD
COD may not be available on select products or PIN codes.
Prepaid orders are processed faster than COD orders.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Lost / Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on inspection.
8. International Shipping (Future Option)
Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
